Come join us for a free artist talk by Pulitzer Prize nominated photojournalist Robin Layton.
After an award-winning career at five newspapers, including staff positions with the Virginian-Pilot and the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, Robin embarked on a freelance career that has taken her on assignments around the world. Along the way, she has photographed everyone from prom queens to actual kings, street people to presidents; personalities from Jennifer Aniston to Oprah Winfrey.
She will be sharing her latest book, rain! and her beautiful art book the lake and how she came to create these amazing photos and build her skills as a photographer into an award winning career as a photojournalist artist and videographer.
Seattle Magazine voted her one of the most influential people of 2020.
