Come experience the dynamic, colorful glass works by David Huchthausen now in the gallery. Catalyst is honored to be sharing a special offering of several early blown glass vessels, along with new work from his Seattle studio.

‘Creation is a continual and evolutionary process, constantly digesting and reevaluating past experiences and current perspectives.’ – David Huchthausen

David’s trademark integral color lamination suspended inside geometric forms are designed to be viewed from every angle. These complex shapes, and abstract intricate color panels are composed using vintage and industrial elements collected over decades. A subtle nod to his past studies in architecture. The optically polished sphere creates an endless opportunity for viewing these suspended colors and forms, creating an enigmatic and mesmerizing experience.
