DESCRIPTION:Join us for April Second Tuesday Art Walk featuring a collaboration between local artists Gina Holt and Connie Munford\, and 6 local milliners. The gallery will be exhibiting the unique hat themed artwork that is inspired by the handmade hats and sculptural headpieces designed and crafted by the talented milliners at Ballard Millinery Studio. Come try on these elegant\, fun\, artistic pieces. Complete your look for the next celebration on your calendar\, find a Mother’s Day gift\, top off your Derby Day outfit\, or elevate your everyday style for spring with a beautiful hand-crafted finishing touch. \nBallard Millinery Studio pop-up shop will be at Catalyst Fine Art Gallery from 5pm – 8pm on Tuesday\, April 9th. \nApril is also the beginning of our exhibition Sculpture and Sculptural Forms. This exhibit will be up through the end of May and features both sculptural furniture\, glass sculpture\, stone\, ceramic\, and wood sculpture. Come see both established and emerging artists sculpture as well as skilled artisans’ sculptural works. From handmade headpieces to sculptural marble benches\, there are over 20 artists included and more than 100 works on exhibit.
