It is surrounded by 326 acres of trails and forest with access to Lake Washington. The Lodge offers a restaurant\, Cedar + Elm and 2 unique bars open to the public with an afternoon tea event on Saturdays and a Sunday brunch experience. \nThe annual Holiday Arts Market hosts over 30 local vendors and is located throughout Catalyst Fine Art Gallery\, representing 40 PNW artists with hundreds of artworks available for purchase. Free admission. \nOn Saturday\, 11/29\, stay and celebrate The Lodge annual Tree Lighting event on the north lawn and plaza. Step outside the indoor market to enjoy carols by the Lake Washington Singers. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be strolling the event and taking photos with guests. \nSunday 11/30\, stop in to watch a live demonstration of glass working by local glass artist Robert Bank. \nCome celebrate PNW artistry and support local creatives while shopping unique\, locally made gifts for your holiday giving.

DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate the Season of Giving with us! Elevate your holiday gift giving this year with unique\, beautiful gifts\, all while supporting local artists. During the month of December\, Catalyst’s main gallery is filled with work from over 40 local artists surrounded by 9 beautifully decorated holiday trees\, transforming the main gallery into the Gallery of Giving Trees. Each tree highlights a local non-profit organization\, with information about their mission and programs\, along with ways you can donate. Beautiful music will fill the gallery every Wednesday in December from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm. Stop in to enjoy the music performed by local high school musicians\, support these young musicians by donating to their fundraising efforts\, and stroll the gallery for local gift ideas. December Music in the Gallery Schedule. Limited edition Lodge at St. Edward Park blown glass ornaments for 2025 have arrived! Hand-blown by Tacoma-based Catalyst artist Oliver Doriss\, these custom ornaments are made in a small run of 30\, each year with a unique design by the artist. Come collect your 2025 ornaments before they are gone. Jewelry created by Grateful Arts\, spearheaded by our artist Robert Bank\, is sharing a portion of their proceeds with additional non-profits. Come check out his beautiful glass jewelry and learn more about the non-profits they are partnering with. Fused Glass Lodge ornaments created by Connie Munford are available in the main lobby. Connie has designed and created unique ornaments with images from some of the Lodge’s most iconic elements.   Be sure to stop in on Sunday\, December 28th from 4-6pm for our monthly ArtWalk. Meet some of our artists\, enjoy light refreshments\, stroll 2 floors of local artists’ work\, and visit the beautifully lit trees during the Season of Light.
